Hello friend!
I hope this finds you well! Over the past few days I have been dwelling and worrying about past decisions and the results of those decisions…you know..consequences.
I was encouraged this morning by Matthew 11:19 “Wisdom is shown by its results” and it had me thinking. What are my results and am I happy with them. For the most part, yes, I am very happy with them, but a few leave me saddened and I had to sit in that sadness to reflect on what would change in the future.
The future that has unlimited potential if only my wisdom and discernment today are honed. My question to you today is this, how do you cultivate your light in the season you are in? Life has meaning beyond the challenges you face today. The situations you are facing in this life are unique to you; they are designed to mold and shape your character, your faith, your mettle, your core being of who you were created to be.
God has made no mistake in creating you and your life. It is time to stop doubting God and yourself and live a life of purpose.
Worry has no place of value in the Bible. Jesus says, “Come to me all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light” (Matthew 11:28-30)
My friend. leave your worry on the shoulders of Jesus. Let it go.
Trust that he will do all that he has promised. Not once, has he let anyone down. Yes it is hard, but what do you gain from spinning in your worry?
What results are you pleased with?
What results do you want to change?
What do you have the power to change today?
Those things you can’t change…drop it. Drop it from your vocabulary, your thoughts and quit listening to those that remind you of it.
Are you ready to hang up the phone kindly and fill your ears with things that will benefit your life?

Before I sat down to write today, I prayed for you. As you read this, I want you to thank God for he has already set into motion the things you have been asking. It is time to thank him and stop asking over and over. I have already interceded on your behalf…Get ready friend…its coming.
