Arms heavy, head foggy and feet weary, have you ever put a task on the side because you were
JUST. TOO. TIRED?

Are you exhausted from being the constant state of turmoil? Gas and food shortages are the
cause for much anxiety on top of normal every day concerns. The challenges of today are
causing mental strain around the world. Depression, anxiety and mental health crisis’ have been
on the rise this year.

I had to turn today into a day of rest. A day to pray, worship, replenish and recover from the
constant outpouring of self for others.

Now, as you think, that must be nice, but I can’t. I tell you..you can. It is a choice you make
today, so that tomorrow you are stronger.

Sis, rest is necessary…for yourself, your family, your faith & your battle.

Battle? What battle? The battle for your attention and your heart. The distractions that steal your
peace and joy. Ephesians 6:10-20 speaks of the Armor of God and how to use it. It says to be
strong in the LORD and in the STRENGTH of HIS might (Eph. 6:10).

Battle armor gets heavy spiritually and physically. Have you ever watched the movie, A Nights
Tale? There is a scene in which William Thatcher puts on his new, lighter armor and he
suddenly becomes stronger & faster in his fighting?

That is how I perceive our spiritual armor. light and flexible, without burden onto our bodies. The
battle causes you to grow tired, weary and downcast. You can begin to feel defeated when your
energy sources dry up. But GOD! Is so good…He sends angels to minister to you, for healing,
coaching and wisdom.

This week as you rest and polish your armor, pray over it. I pray as you polish it, the mirror
effect of the shine confuses the enemy and causes them to flee. Weapons cannot find you
because your camouflage is so perfect you blend into your surroundings, you are completely
hidden.

You will move with ease as you inch forward into enemy territory and take back what is rightfully
yours. Your inheritance is here.

As Israel stands and defends its nation today, so too will you stand and defend your territory. No
weapon formed against you shall prosper. God has said, seek him with a pure heart. The world
will hate you, as it does him, because God is exposing their evil deeds. Fear not! For God is
with you. You have been hand picked to join in the army of God.

Worship the Father, with a pure heart, in spirit and in truth. God delights in you no matter what.
He watches you from Heaven with joy and love pouring out of him, into you.

Have a supernatural day my friend. A day of refreshing, renewing and reminding. May you
experience Gods favor and love as you go about your day. In Jesus’ name …Court
